EMD Consult Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2012 (Company No. 1008650-W) and it is dedicated to providing Mechanical and Electrical consultancy services for small to large scale residential, commercial, industrial and other types of projects. In 2015, EMD Consult Sdn. Bhd. became a subsidiary of T.Y. Lin International Sdn Bhd.
EMD’s services include Building Services Design, Implementation and Commissioning for new and existing residential, educational, healthcare, industrial and commercial buildings. We ensure that the design, construction and performance specifications are met through a rigorous process of design reviews, coordination and systems planning.
We also provide advisory toward the achievement of energy and environmentally efficient buildings and facilities.
The management of EMD Consult Sdn. Bhd. came from diverse backgrounds and have acquired highly specialized skills in engineering services. They are Ir. Wong Kin Wing (Mechanical), Ir. Wong Wai Seng (Electrical), Ir. Lim Loke Yew and Ir Lim Seong Kit.
Our workforce consists of a group of young and energetic Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. The team is supported by drafting pool and accounts and administrative staffs.
