He was involved substantially in many projects such as the most recent TRX Hotel Plot 1 in Kuala Lumpur; Malaysia High Speed Rail as Reference Design Consultant for Package RDC02; KVMRT SSP Line 2 Jalan Ipoh Station as Detailed Design Consultant; Jurong Region Line, Singapore – Remote Stabling Facilities, J5 & J6 Stations as Reference Designer; Paradigm Mall mixed development in Petaling Jaya; Tropicana Garden mixed development in Petaling Jaya; and other recently completed projects such as Vita Cyberjaya commercial development in Cyberjaya; Permas Jaya Elita Condominium in Johor Bahru; Residensi Kia Peng Condominium in Kuala Lumpur; and Menara Perak office development in Kuala Lumpur.
